I'll record and deliver each ad myself in my authentic voice, creating a direct and genuine endorsement. Terms
- Pre-purchase confirmation required
- All sponsorships require prior approval before payment. Sponsors must contact enunomaduro@gmail.com with product details and goals to ensure alignment with channel content. Payment without prior confirmation may result in refusal and refund delays.
- No refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
- Right to refusal
- Nuno reserves the absolute right to decline or terminate any sponsorship, at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation. If you believe your sponsorship may raise concerns, contact enunomaduro@gmail.com before sending payment.
- Activation
- Sponsorship benefits begin only after Nuno has confirmed receipt of full payment.
- Dedicated videos
- For dedicated videos, Nuno retains sole discretion over timing, content, and publishing. Delivery may take several days, weeks, or longer.
- Limitation of liability
- Sponsorships are provided "as is." Nuno makes no guarantees, warranties, or promises regarding outcomes, reach, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuno is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, business, or reputational harm.
- Termination
- Nuno may suspend or terminate sponsorships at any time, with or without notice. Payments already made remain non-refundable. Sponsors who violate these terms or applicable laws forfeit all benefits immediately.
- Changes to terms
- Nuno may update or modify these sponsorship terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always apply.
- Compliance
- Sponsors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Content submitted must not infringe third-party rights, promote unlawful activity, or conflict with channel values.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts of Portugal.
